TICKETS RETURNS
MotorLand will cancel the tickets and refund the money to all the clients.
ONLINE PURCHASES: All those who bought tickets on our website (https://tickets.motorlandaragon.com) will be fully reimbursed to the credit card used in the purchase.
There is no need to contact the circuit previously, as the refund will be ordered automatically.
TICKET OFFICES PURCHASES: All those who got their tickets directly at ticket offices, should contact MotorLand via email (tickets@motorlandaragon.com) indicating these data: name, phone number, email address and tickets´ details (barcodes/grandstand, row and seat location).
All the refunds are expected to be finalized by the end of October.

MotorLand Aragón grants the tickets´ refund in case that spectators were finally not allowed due to sanitary restrictions.

- All the tickets are valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- It is compulsory to show the ticket at the entrance of the circuit every day.
- On Friday: free access to every grandstand with any ticket type. Saturday and Sunday: access just allowed to the grandstand and seat specified on the ticket.
- Pelouse tickets give access both to pelouse 4 and 6. The capacity of each pelouse area is limited for security reasons.
- Parking is free for both cars and motorbikes.
- All prices include VAT.
- MotorLand won´t be held responsible for loss, stolen or destroyed tickets.
- No refunds or changes accepted.
- Tickets at the BOX OFFICES have a SURCHARGE over the price. (5€ adult and 2€ child/senior fares).
- Public areas have video-surveillance systems.
- In accordance with the Law 19/2007 of July 11, alcoholic drinks, drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances are forbidden in the facilities during the event.
- Pelouse: free access for under 14 years old and over 65 by showing the ID card/passport at the entrance. (Minors must be always accompanied by an adult. Maximum 2 children per adult).
- Grandstands: Reduced tickets for children between 3-13 and adults over 65. (In date 22rd-24th, not in the moment of the purchase).
Under -3 have free access but not seat. - On Grand Prix days, all those who bought reduced tickets (child/senior) have to show the ID card/passport/family book at the entrance.
Any photographs or recordings shall not be used for any form of public advertisement on display or for any purpose (except private purposes) without Dorna Sports S.L. (“Dorna”) written consent. For good and valuable consideration, which receipt is acknowledged, the ticket holder grants Dorna and the Circuit and their designees the right to use his/her image and/or likeness in any live or recorded display or other transmission or reproduction of the event, including without limitation his/her rights to publicity and/or commercial exploitation. The ticket holder agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, against Dorna and/or the circuit. The ticket holder agrees to submit to the conditions established in this ticket and to the ones displayed at the circuit´s entrance. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce or recreate are reserved to Dorna Sports S.L. (“Dorna”) and/or the Circuit.

- The spectators have to occupy the seats of the class and place that corresponds with the tickets of entry of which they are carrying.
- Every spectator is forced to preserve his ticket of entry in perfect conditions up to his exit of the sports enclosure, must present it to request of any employee or collaborator of the organizer.
- If a spectator does not present the ticket of entry, he will have to choose to acquire one in the box office, paying his price if it was the available one, or for the immediate abandonment of the enclosure.
- Any commercial or promotional action or drawing in regard with tickets is totally forbidden, including the use of MotorLand, Ciudad del Motor, MotoGP™ or Grand Prix Movistar of Aragón trademark names without previous consent.

Grandstands 1A and 1B
These grandstands are located in front of the finish line and the starting grid. From this grandstands you can follow all the usual movement that takes place right before the race begins. You can watch mechanics and riders before the red light goes out and the show begins.

It is without a doubt one of the most spectacular ones in the circuit. From this grandstand, located at the first turn of the course, you will enjoy the best overtaking maneuvers and the most intense braking that the MotorLand racetrack has to offer.

Next to the emblematic stone wall. From grandstands 3B and 3C you can enjoy the blind braking point of turn 12 and see motorbikes pass in front of you at full throttle to the last centimeter as they ride through turn 13 and until they brake right before turn 14. Braking area of turn 14 should provide good overtaking maneuvers and riders over-braking.

Being the highest point of the circuit means that the vision of the whole course is unique. As well as the view of the brutal braking point and overtaking area of turn 5 followed by the fast right-hander turn 6 as, on the other side of the grandstand the famous “corkscrew” of turns 8 and 9 make this area the space where all races can fill fans with passion.

After a good straight there is always a good braking with its following turn and in MotorLand the big braking is the one you can experience from here. Not less than 1000 meters of downhill straight to start braking 250 meters before turn 16. A long left-hander turn which good racing line will allow riders to complete their best lap.

Gran Premio Movistar de Aragón de MotoGP will be host in MotorLand Aragon on 20th, 21st and 22nd September 2019. The media accreditations are subject to specific regulations established by Dorna Sports.

(*) Only Dorna can assign any radio and/or TV a Commentary Booth. A request to use any Booth must be done latest 1 month before the Event. All radio stations wishing to transmit live the Gran Prix must work from a Commentary Booth. No live commentary is allowed from the Media Centre. Live Audio transmissions from the Media Centre cannot exceed the 3 minutes length and should not take place continuously. Only Dorna can allow radio station to use their mobile unit at the Circuit. This must be authorized by Dorna 1 month before the Event. If a radio wishes to bring its own broadcast unit to the circuit, then a written request has to be sent to Dorna Media Sales Department. The request must specify details of the programme and size of the broadcast unit. It is responsibility of the radio station to arrange its own power supply. Due the increase of the number of frequencies used by all parties involved in the Championship, Dorna will have to approve any request from a radio station wishing to work with wireless equipment in order to guarantee a reliable work environment for everybody and avoid interferences. If a radio station wishes to use any wireless equipment at the circuit, then a written request together with the Radio Application Form (Radio Station One-Event Apliccation form) and Transmission Details Form (Radio Station One-Event Transmission form) must be sent to Dorna Media Sales Department.

(*) There is a restrictive policy of camera access to the Circuit due to the exclusivity of the TV rights and other current agreements and also for security reasons. Due to this fact, any television or production company wanting to enter the Circuit during a Grand Prix with their own camera will have to contact the Dorna Media Sales Department directly.
No TV cameras are allowed to enter the Circuit starting from the Monday of the Event until Sunday midnight. In the case of a regional-local television belonging to the National Rights Holder, its request has to be sent through the National Rights Holder.

(*) Any website, blog, portal or any other kind of online media wishing to cover the events from onsite much reach an agreement with Dorna Media Sales Department. Websites will be entitled a maximum of two passes: one journalist pass with access to the Paddock area and the Media Centre, and one Photographer pass with access to the Paddock area, the Media Centre and the Service Roads. Pit lane access will not be granted. Due to the exclusivity of the video rights of MotoGP for broadcast/display on the Internet, websites granted credentials are not allowed to record and/or display any footage from the Gran Prix nor post any audio clips. This applies not only to track footage but also to any/all footage taken at the Circuits during the running of a Grand Prix. Request must be processed at least 15 days prior to the relevant event.
In order to proceed with a request, all websites must contact directly Dorna Media Sales Department, and provide the following information in order to be sent the accreditation form:
- URL
- MotoGP section URL (if applicable)
- Monthly Visits
- Monthly Unique Visitors
- Monthly Pages Viewed
- Date the site was launched
- Traffic statistics: These details must be provided in pdf format an official source (such Google Analytics).

If proceeded, Dorna Media Sales Department will send the form for applying for the application.
5. National Printed Media and national digital publications
The National Press Officer will be responsible for accrediting the national printed publications with final approval from Dorna Communications Department. All representatives of printed media have to send the following documents to the National Press Officer in order to request an accreditation:
- Printed media application form fully filled in (2019 Printed Media Application Form)
- Passport-size photo (send by e-mail, in *.bmp format, size 780pixels high x 630 pixels width, file name: Surname_Name.bmp)
- Letter from the Chief Editor (written on the publication’s letterhead) stating clearly that the form is to cover the Gran Prix of Aragon.
- An original copy of the last issue of the publication (not for agencies and digital newspapers/magazines) and link of the digital publication.
- Samples of coverage of the 2016 or 2017 season produced by the publication if any (set of press clippings). This press clippings must be sent in pdf or jpeg format by email or on a CD.
- Journalists Only: samples of his/her stories with journalist’s name included in print (may be included in the coverage samples). Stories published after a previously attended race is especially important.
- Photographers Only: samples of a minimum of 10 published photos with photographer’s name included in print (may be included in the coverage samples). Photos published after the previous attended races are required.
(*) Freelance journalists and photographers must apply for accreditation via their own agencies. Journalist must prove the supply of stories to at least 3 publications meeting Dorna criteria. Photographers must prove the supply of photos to at least 3 publications meeting Dorna criteria.

2. How do I get to the circuit?

3. Where can I park my vehicle?
Tickets for the event include parking.- There are several parkings located in the circuit surroundings. Security forces will indicate you where to park.
- Entrance with motorhomes/campers is allowed, but parkings will be cleared at the end of the track sessions, so IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE CIRCUIT PARKINGS.
4. Can I get into the circuit with food and drinks?
Yes. You just have to take into account that only plastic is permitted. Bottle cups shall be removed.
GLASS BOTTLES AND CANS ARE FORBIDDEN.
In accordance with the Law 19/2007 of July 11, alcoholic drinks, drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances are prohibited in the facilities during the event.
5. Can I get into the circuit with umbrellas, folding chairs and cool-boxes?
Yes. However, security staff can order you to fold your umbrella in case it hampers other spectators´ view.
Security staff will also check the content of your cool-box in order to verify there are no forbidden substances inside (glass bottles, cans, alcohol…)
6. Which is the recommended area for disabled?
The recommended area for disabled is Pelouse 6, where there is an especially equipped zone for wheelchair users and a companion (they both have to show their tickets).
The access to this area (grandstand 6) is from Parking E. It is important to show the document that identifies oneself as disabled clearly in order to pass the security controls easier.
Once the vehicle is parked in the reserved area for disabled, the access to Grandstand 6 is 500 meters away approximately.
Services in this area: adapted toilets, snack bar, giant screen.
7. Can I get to the circuit with animals?
No. The entrance with animals is forbidden, except assistance dogs.
8. Where can I stay?

9. How is the circuit surrounding area? Is it close to Alcañiz?
Our facilities are 5 kilometers away from Alcañiz town. The area has some high environmental value natural spaces such as the Estanca and Las Saladas. You can click on the following link for more information.
During the Gran Premio Michelin de Aragón fans have different ways to arrive to MotorLand Aragón.
BUS SERVICE
There will be special services by bus from different cities:
- MADRID AND BARAJAS T4: Departure from Madrid Bus Station (Avda.América). There will be stops in T4 of Aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez, Zaragoza and MotorLand. On the return route there will be also a stop in Alcañiz.
- BARCELONA – SALOU – REUS: Departure from Barcelona. There will be stops in T1 of Aeropuerto El Prat, Salou, Reus and MotorLand. On the return route there will be also a stop in Gandesa.
- VALENCIA – CASTELLÓN – TORTOSA: Departure from Valencia. There will be stops in Castellón, Vinarós, Tortosa, Caspe and MotorLand. On the return route there will be also a stop in Gandesa.
- ZARAGOZA: Direct service to MotorLand. On the return route the service will start in Alcañiz.
- OTHER SERVICES: There will be connection services in Zaragoza to arrive to MotorLand from Pamplona, San Sebastián, Bilbao, Logroño and Vitoria.

There will be a free bus service from Alcañiz to MotorLand Aragón:
- ALCAÑIZ – MOTORLAND – ALCAÑIZ (DAY): During Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd. Departure from Sports Area (Alcañiz Bull Ring) and stops in Trillero roundabout (Avda. Bartolomé Esteban), MotorLand Official Camping Area and MotorLand Karting – Glamping.
- ALCAÑIZ – MOTORLAND – ALCAÑIZ (NIGHT): From Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd. Departure from Joaquín Costa Square (Alcañiz Bull Ring) and stops in Trilleso roundabout (Zaragoza Road in front to Citroën autorished dealer), fairgrounds (Camping Area), Access to municipal camping, Glamping, MotorLand Official Camping Area, Puigmoreno Official Camping Area and Valmuel.
- SHUTTLE /LANZADERAS URBANAS DEL ANILLO DEL CIRCUITO: MotorLand will repeat the free shuttle service to move arounf the circuit during Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd. The will be four stops: near Welcome Center roundabout, MotorLand Karting Roundabout, next to Grandstand 5 (Zaragoza road roundabout) and Accreditation Center Roundabout. Schedule: Saturday from 8:00 to 16:30 and Sunday from 7:30 to 12:00.
ENTRY AND EXIT TRAFFIC PAN:
Due to the new Schedule for the races on Sunday, the traficc Access and exit may will suffer some changes on the route. This changes will be correctly indicated on the road. Entry
Traffic Plan includes some recommendations to make easier the circulation:
- Do not use GPS to go to the circuit. Pay attention to the specific indications with the corporate image of MotorLand.
- In any case you can park and leave your vehicule on the circuit access roads. The only place autorised to park your vehicle is into the different parking áreas. Default on this rule can cause a traffic colapse.
- Is obligatory to park under parking agents indicatios. Public don’t have to go walking to the grandstands because there is a free shuttle bus to move arounf the circuit to move easily.
- For those who are not going to come to MotorLand but will move near the influence área (national roads N-211, N-232 and N-420), it is recommended to use alternative routes through autonomic roads.
- Obey Guardia Civil indicatios about regulation and traffic order.

PIT LANE WALK
The activity consists of a walk along the Pit Lane (pit area in front of the track). It is a unique opportunity to live the first-person atmosphere in the pits hour before the Grand Prix starts.
Also, although the activity is not about an autograph firm, you may be able to see idols up close.

Free access for anyone who has a ticket to the Michelin Grand Prix of Aragón (mandatory entry).
Free access for children under 14 years old and over 65 years. (Mandatory to present ID / family book). Minors must always be accompained by an adult.
If you do not have yout ticket for the Grand Prix, you can buy a bracelet at the box office (Grandstands 1) that will give you acess to the activity. Price 5€.
For security reasons, no animals (except assistance dogs) are allowed into the circuit, neither alcoholic beverages, weapons or other objects that may be used as such. Bottle caps shall be removed from plastic bottles and cans or glass containers are not permitted. The introduction of flares, fireworks or dangerous devices, or the display of banners, symbols, emblems or legends involving incitement to violence are not permitted. Entry shall also be forbidden to persons who may be under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or similar.
